The Jackalopes, Dayton, Ohio
Breaking news story!!!

"It has been established that persons who have recently died have been returning to life and committing acts of murder. A widespread investigation of funeral homes, morgues, and hospitals has concluded that the unburied dead have been returning to life and seeking human victims. It's hard for us here to be reporting this to you, but it does seem to be a fact. "

The rumors are true...

DEAD JACKALOPES RISE!!!!
The Jackalopes are back for the attack! The 'Lopes have recently risen from their Rock N' Roll grave with a big ol' piece of Hell in their fists. The band is jettisoning alot of the older material from their catalog and are focused on assaulting audiences with a more violent and angry sound. This is still The Jackalopes you know and love but there's something wrong... Something dark going on! Several new showdates added to the dates page!

More info soon!

They're back together... Where the hell have they been?!
Here's the skinny on the final and fans' favorite line-up!
Rev. Chad A. Wells - Lead Vocals/Aesthetic Terror.
Rev was the band's founder (along with original bassist GeeGee Bradley) and artistic vision. Rev was responsible for the band's imagery and lyrical content and the bulk of the musical output.
Rev is a very busy man in the world of art with his one man, freelance art and design company, RUMBLE GRAFFIX where he creates artwork for Rock N' Roll posters, album covers, clothing and the like and as Tattoo Artist at Glenn Scott's TATTOO TEAM.
Rev is also a freelance writer who regularly writes for Dayton City Paper and several other publications.
Wells is very involved in the world of music as a recording artist as well as a manager, consultant and label owner. Rev is currently heading up several recording projects including WULFKULT (think NON, Blood Axis, Death In June, Skinny Puppy), Glasyalabolas (very DARK ambient/ritual music), Gorfukt (unholy, blasphemous, vile, kultworthy and grim experimental Black Metal) and Hazard County Heathens (Outlaw Country... think G.G. Allin meets Hank Williams I, II and III)

Kyle Thirteen - Drums, Backing Vox

Kyle was the band's original drummer (originally using the name "Johnny Chronic") and was let go for a year and then brought back when the other drummers that the band played with couldn't maintain the schedule or the image of the band.
Kyle is currently spinning Goth, Deathrock, Punk and other underground sounds as a DJ at The Foundry in Dayton, Ohio.
Kyle is also involved with the "Dead In Hollywood" promotion team (started by he and Rev. Jacurutu 3 has taken Rev's place in the team!).

JayJay Thunder - Bass, Backing Vox
JayJay is Rev's brother and the band's second bass player although he is recognized by the fans as the quintessential Jackalopes bassist.
JayJay is currently involved with the WULFKULT and Hazard County Heathens projects.

Ronnie Tinkham - Guitar, Backing Vox
Ron was the band's only guitarist and the only member to be in the band from the very beginning to the very end (besides Rev).
Ronnie is also involved with music as a show promoter and booker in the Dayton, Ohio area and has performed as part of a Misfits tribute act called Brain Eaters.

And what about those "other" former 'Lopesters?

GeeGee Bradley - Bass, Backing Vox
GeeGee left the band when he could no longer stomach the band's hard living, hard drinking and hard fighting lifestyle.
GeeGee is currently in Dayton's The Story Changes (formerly ROD).

Nathan Bush - Drums
Bush was Kyle's first replacement and recorded with the band on the Kentucky Fried Ritual sessions. Bush is currently not involved with music.

Danny Grimm - Drums, Backing Vox
Danny was Bush's replacement and recorded most of what would end up on "Jacksploitation!".
