Added a links page to the website, just completed a small burst of shows (we slayed Cincy with RIGOR MORTIS!!) and raised Hell at the Black Metal "Fest" in early October... Our sincerest apologies to the Legions of the Void. In our unholy pursuits we are often unable to keep this website updated! Rest assured that the site will soon have several new features, tons more pictures (including recent photos of Kryptok, sans corpse-paint, carousing with members of Incantation and Mortician after the show in Cincinnati!), we'll soon have downloadable media such as music, video, desktops wallpaper and much more. Also keep an eye on the shows page for an upcomming event in March with our brothers in The Jackalopes and Tennessee horror punkers Blitzkid.
Also, find below two short pieces written by Kryptok and Heritik concerning the death of "Dimebag"... Both pieces were written and read the very next night at a local Metal show in Dayton, Ohio...

Lord Kryptok's Statement on Dimebag's Murder

I want to address the current state of the heavy metal communtiy and scene and the fact that we as metallers should be uniting against the rest of the world, not embracing inferior acts like so many "gangster" rappers!!!!!! I do not, in any way shape or form, find a problem with the use of violence, even lethal violence, except when it is used on my own kind. I am a Black Metal elitist, yet I love all forms of Metal. I grew up on Metal, even Pantera. I had the chance to party with Dimebag a few years ago and he was a great person. He treated me with the utmost respect. I find it appalling that someone has taken his life in front of his fans and then the lives of the people who just wanted to drink some beers and enjoy a Metal show!! To all True Metalheads and to the Legion of the Void, let's pull this scene back together, kick these fashion fucks out, and take back what is rightfully ours!!!! To all the pussies that bring guns to a show like the spineless fucks that you are, I wish you and yours slow, painful and agonizing deaths. SEE YOU IN THE VOID!!!

The first Metal bands I ever listened to were Metallica, Megadeth and Pantera. These bands profoundly impacted my love of music and the style of music I would grow to love. The one that did the most damage was Pantera... From the first notes of "Vulgar Display of Power", I was hooked. The sheer heaviness and insanity of Dimebag Darrell Abbot's guitar and the imposing image he dumped on the listener changed my life, perhaps, forever. Dimebag was real... In image, thought and music. Unfortunately, some coward bastard thought it was the thing to do when he assaulted Darrell and his brother Vinnie Paul. What was this low-life's reasoning? We may never know... All I know is that Metal has lost a great musician, a great person and someone who gave his all to his love, music. I never had the opportunity to meet these men as my partner Kryptok had... But I sure as fuck wish I did... My thoughts are scattered and I feel sad that this happened... My condolences go out to the families of all injured by this bullshit. Half drunk and continuing to be so as the clock ticks, I raise my glass to a fallen comrade... FUCKING HOSTILE!! SEE YOU IN THE VOID...

Hail Satan! We welcome the grim season of Winter this day and hope that you bask in the glory of this Solstice! We apologize for not having updated the site in some time. We have been extremely busy. New pictures will be added soon and new show dates will be announced.

A letter from Lord Kryptok...

We are proud to announce the addition of Byleth to The Void!!! He has joined us as Sivarth's replacement and fulltime member. We are currently working on new material and will start playing shows again in late January or early February. Show dates as of now are unconfirmed but be forwarned we are going to attack with full force and hatred!!! I am sick of the way this so called scene is filled with mindless "trendy" fucks!!! Darkness Undying is ready to wage war! Just because you label your band, or so called "fests" metal, doesn't mean you are metal. Metal is a lifestyle and a mindframe not just music!!! So to all you bastards corrupting something I hold so true, DEATH TO YOU ALL!!

We have been informed that Sivarth is leaving the legion of Darkness Undying. I wish him the best of luck in all that he does. He has been a valuable asset to the group. His reason for calling off his part in the battle against the leper Christ is to follow other musical ambitions. The split is amicable and he is leaving on good terms. He has been a true friend and a great talent and will be greatly missed.

In other news, Darkness Undying is currently in negotiations with Swedish label Raging Black to release a full length from the band next year. Also the band is negotiating inclusion in a DVD release that will combine two of the band's great obsessions, hot, bloody, naked, Satanic females and an extreme Black/Death/Punk soundtrack! Keep an eye here for updates!
Also coming soon, we call to arms the "Legion of The Void"!

We have just been alerted that drummer Sivarth is leaving the band. He will play out all booked shows until another drummer is lured into the fold. If anyone knows of a skinsman in the Dayton, Cincy, Columbus area or one that is willing to relocate who can play fast blast beats and thrash as well as the heaviest and most grim doom please send them our way!
